1. Add a folder (choose "real folder") 

You should now see a RED folder in your virtual file sytem, inside HFS 

2. Right click on this folder
3. Properties -> Permissions -> Upload
4. Check on "Anyone"
5. Ok 

Now anyone who has access to your HFS server can upload files to you.
